The 'North' Scarf is now available to order as part of Suzanna James Autumn/Winter 2017 collection.
Made with 50% slaughter-free yarn from rescued Wensleydale sheep, and 50% sustainably sourced British alpaca from a traceable smallholding in Devon. You can read more about my yarn suppliers on my Ethical Knitwear page.
The Wensleydale yarn is dyed organically to GOTS in Yorkshire, and the ecru and charcoal are the undyed natural shades from alpaca.
An FSC certified walnut wood ‘Suzanna James’ tag is hand stitched to the bottom corner of the scarf.
There is currently only one ‘North’ scarf remaining.
Programmed stitch by stitch and knitted using a digital knitting machine in Devon.
